GSP Rescue New England - Whisker Walk

On average, for every $200 GSP Rescue NE spends on vet care for a dog, we receive approximately $100 in adoption donations. This means that, on average, only half of our expenses are covered when a dog is adopted. We are able to continue helping needy German Shorthaired Pointers through donations from our supporters and contributers, raffles, and the sale of our merchandise. Some suggested donation amounts follow:

- $25 will cover a single vaccination for a GSP in need

- $50 will cover 2-3 vaccinations for a GSP in need

- $100 will cover vital heartworm testing for 2 GSPs in need

GSP Rescue New England is dedicated to finding permenant and loving homes for German Shorthaired Pointers in need. We are a 501c3 registered non-profit so donations are tax deductable!

We are participating in the 2010 Whisker Walk in Lancaster, Mass. on June 6th! We are hoping to use this event as an opportunity to raise funds, raise awareness, and provide a network for our volunteers and supporters.

For the Whisker Walk we are forming a team of walkers to raise pledges for GSP Rescue New England. Check back often to see who is on our team!
